A school-based contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Special Education Teachers in the Vacaville and Fairfield, CA areas. This position offers the chance to serve a diverse student population across multiple school buildings, delivering vital support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. Manage caseloads of 35-55 students, depending on grade grouping: Pre-K to 1st (35-40), K-8th (40-45), and K-12th (50-55). Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Work onsite across multiple buildings to ensure consistent delivery of services. Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or Special Education certification. Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations. Ability to handle a caseload across various grade levels. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Must be an onsite SLP; virtual service providers, VOCO SLPs, or SLPA candidates will not be considered. Position Details: Contract position starting ASAP through June 5, 2026. Full-time schedule averaging 37.5 hours per week. Location: Schools within Vacaville and Fairfield, California. Caseload spread across multiple school buildings.
