AT&T Customer Service Representative Serve as the in-person
point of contact for AT&T customers, providing support across
various community locations Address inquiries related to wireless,
internet, TV, billing, and technical issues with empathy and
clarity Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or escalate
complex concerns to specialized support teams Educate customers on
AT&T products and services to help them maximize their
subscriptions Process account updates, service changes, payments,
and documentation with accuracy and efficiency Resolve complaints
professionally, aiming for fair and timely outcomes that uphold
customer satisfaction Maintain detailed and confidential records of
all customer interactions using CRM tools Stay informed on AT&T
