Job Title: Marketing Communications Content WriterLocation: San Bruno, CA (onsite in a hybrid model)Duration: 5 months contractJob Description: Our team drives and executes support communications/content strategies for GTM product launches as well as for continuous improvements to support content. We collaborate to this end with a variety of business functions, such as visual communications (videos), Product Specialists (go-to-market launch coordinators), Product Support Managers (frontline strategists for high-touch support), and more. Our mission is to provide excellent support content that is human, effortless, and efficient.Responsibilities: This position is to strategize, develop, and publish best-in-class support communications/content in assigned areas of the clients Help Center as part of go-to-market product launches. The position will also continuously improve support content in assigned areas in close collaboration with key stakeholders. This position will be in a team of 5x other Senior Comms Strategists spread between California and New York. Align with XFN on go-to-market launches for efficient planning, launch time management, and product detail/change understanding. Execute against required go-to-market timelines: strategize entry points and linking strategies, draft communications according to style/tone guidelines, iterate based on XFN input, request localization, publish on launch date(s), and effectively delegate any of the above to vendor agent support teams where applicable. Collaborate with internal teams on continuous improvements to assigned areas of the clients Help Center that are informed by metrics and Support business goals; strategize, draft, iterate, and execute those improvements.Experience: 5+ years of experience in content development, production, or management for a technology company and/or website. Knowledge of content principles and best practices for commercial audiences. Ability to understand, prioritize, and successfully communicate complex concepts and technical information to business audiences.
