Note: By applying to this position your application is automatically submitted to the following locations: Los Angeles, CA, USA; New York, NY, USA; San Bruno, CA, USA Minimum_Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience delivering marketing strategies and full funnel integrated marketing campaigns for marketing organizations or strategy consulting firms. * Preferred_Qualifications * Integrated marketing campaign leadership experience and Go-to-Market experience. * Ability to work across global cultures and influence senior leaders. * Ability to manage campaigns with large budgets. * Ability to provide direction and prioritize team goals and workload, motivate and grow direct reports. * Excellent written and spoken communication skills with peers, management, and cross-functional teams. * About_The_Job Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. As the Head of Integrated Marketing Strategy you will drive strategy and execution for global integrated marketing initiatives. You ll be a leader o the Strategy and Operations marketing team, responsible for improving the way we develop holistic, end-to-end marketing strategies for existing and new initiatives. You ll build a compelling vision and bring a data driven and consumer first mindset to decision making working with key partners across Finance, PR, Product and Policy. You ll be a strategic, analytical, and results-driven marketer who can see opportunities before anyone else can, creating magical experiences for our consumers. You'll lead with influence and can manage stakeholders of all levels. You ll adapt when things change and quickly find ways to chart a new course towards your end goal. You will bring people and teams together under a common vision and you have expertise in building captivating narratives and campaigns. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. Responsibilities * Drive and execute a full funnel marketing strategy for global marketing initiatives that span all marketing teams. * Develop, maintain and socialize a centralized view of all campaigns, programs and launches across global marketing teams. * Collaborate with channel experts, product marketing, brand marketing teams to concept, launch, measure, and optimize marketing efforts. * Be a thought leader that helps shape YouTube marketing strategy globally. * Mentor the YouTube Integrated Marketing Strategy team. * Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
