Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a Construction Administrator:



Job Duties:


Will perform Accounts Payable


Must have strong knowledge of lien releases


Will be answering heavy phones and filing.


Worked with a construction company.


Dispatching out to technicians


Working very closely with the Sales Team, assisting with operations.


Would be working on Certified payroll, invoicing, pre-liens, ordering insurance.



Qualities:


Must be adaptable and be able to handle a heavy work load.
