Hi We are looking for Business Process Improvement Manager - Remote Direct Client Must Have: Quote to Order, Sales, Contracting, Functional and Revenue and Order Management Finance process This position sits within the Run-the-business (RTB) group within the Finance Transformation Business Process team. This person will work closely with the various finance stakeholders (operations, leadership, SMEs, international teams, SOX teams, etc.) This analyst understands stakeholder needs, how to collect and build a business case, negotiate with stakeholders of varying levels, and influence and advocate for their projects against a backdrop of competing priorities. The candidate needs to be able to use professional judgment to manage their time, and stakeholder expectations, and push for progress with the relevan IT teams. The candidate needs to be comfortable with a workload that can cover many different functional areas, stakeholders, and points in he process all at once . The ideal candidate must be able to use a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented approach to interacting with these business parters with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. This candidate will primarily focus on the Opportunity/Quote to Cash process. Responsibilities: Build relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand their requests, needs, and desires bility to hear/see a problem and translate those pain points into an enhancement or bug request and collect and condense the relevant details Host meetings with Finance stakeholders and other cross-functional business partners to prioritize various enhancement requests Understand complex business challenges and transcribe them into easy to comprehend technical requirements Collabortes with the IT team and other cross-functional systems teams during the design, implementation, and testing phases of technical work Prepares user training documents and delivers user training or collaborates with change management colleagues when appropriate Manages their workload indeendently but remains organized and communicative to provide updates, attend team calls, highlight risks, and raise escalations as appropriate Key Competencies: Experience in designing and improving current processes Ability to identify and diagnose a problem Ability to draft solutions and find a path to resolutions for challenging issues Experience comparing current state to idea/future state Ability to diagnose and identify a problem and draft solutions Can communicate concisely and effectively to all colleagues and partners of all seniority levels Experience in defining the business processes and requirements for feature and enhancement requests Understanding of sales operations, contracting, Finance (QTC, P2P/S2P/R2R, Projects & Fixed Assets) general business operations, and internal controls; Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as internal personal skills Familiarity with business practices and cultures across multiple international regions Stong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently, multi-task, and manage smaller scale projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evalute information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making Team player, flexible, and able to resolve conflicts and work with global teams Experience in working with frameworks, guidelines and process flows as opposed to explicit instructions Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field 5 years of progessive experience as a process analyst/business system analyst/transformation analyst doing functional work within a business Finance team Experience in business transformational projects/programs globally Experience in SaaS based companies required Process improvement and project management certifications are a bonus Varma M, Business Development Manager, Email ID: varma@siriuslync.com Contact: 1 562 821 8335 SIRIUS LYNC LLC 2311 N TRACY BLVD STE A TRACY CA 95376-2426
