So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...Pure Storage's Sales Operations team is the business engine that turns go-to-market strategy into repeatable, data-driven execution. Reporting to the HQ Sales Operations Systems Director, you will serve as the primary business owner for our Salesforce-centric revenue-tech stack (Sales Cloud, Clari, CPQ, Territory Management, and related apps). Your mission: translate commercial objectives into streamlined processes, actionable insights, and scalable system enhancements that help our global Sales organization hit its number-partnering closely with Finance, Renewals, Legal, IT, and Sales leadership every step of the way. This is a business-side role focused on strategy, process design, and program delivery; hands-on development is performed by our IT engineering team.Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to map business goals to system capabilities, surface process gaps, and build clear roadmaps for improvement.

  • Analyze complex commercial problems across Salesforce, Clari, and integrated applications; design simple, scalable solutions that improve seller productivity and forecast accuracy.

  • Translate high-level requirements into user stories, business process flows, and test plans; drive end-to-end execution-including change management, training, and adoption metrics.

  • Own and prioritize the run-the-business enhancement backlog for Salesforce while leading larger change-the-business projects from conception through post-launch measurement.

  • Champion the interests of business partners (Finance, Renewals, Sales Ops, Legal, etc.) to ensure system design, data governance, and reporting align with revenue strategy and compliance needs.

  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to confirm design, build, and testing meet business expectations and are delivered on time and within scope.

Note: This is not a developer role. While a solid understanding of Salesforce is essential, configuration and coding are handled by our IT team.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
