Job Description:

Accounting Manager responsible for performing or directing:

?Account Reconciliation and QuickBooks input for the following accounts

-Citibank main account

-Citibank Merchant account incl. credit card batch settlement

-Citibank Payroll account

-Amex credit cards (4)

-Capital One Affiliate Cards (2)

?Receivables management including:

-Customer billing

-Deposits into Citibank account

-Posting to Livery Coach/QuickBooks

-Follow-up and collection of past due receivables

?Accounts Payable management including:

-Vendor bill input to QuickBooks

-Payment by check to all affiliates

-Reconciliation of affiliate charges on credit card

-All vendor bills paid timely

?Payroll

-Prepare, review and summarize payroll report every 2 weeks

-Input payroll report information into QuickBooks

?Commission

-Generate reports and pay commission to all vendors including hotels, meeting planners, travel agents etc on the 15th of the month for the prior months trips

-Generate reports and pay commission to all sales reps on the 15th of the month for the previous month?s trips

Accounting Manager responsible for assisting Controller with:

?Weekly Reports ? Revenue, Vehicle analysis, Open trips, AP aging and AR aging

?Monthly Financial reports:

-P&L

-Balance Sheet

-Key Performance Indicators

?Monthly general ledger account analysis

?Fixed asset schedules

?Preparation of annual financial budget as part of overall annual Business Plan

?Financial analysis for projects and opportunities as requested
